SHIPPING 
AND RETURNS

Dear Customer,

We are shipping worldwide with a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. SHIPPING

1.1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1.2 All delivery and returns within the UK, EU and Ukraine are free of charge.

1.3 Shipping Times:

- Europe: 2-6 business days
- UK & Ukraine: 2-4 business days

- Rest of the World: 5-10 business days

1.4 For international orders, free delivery and returns are offered on orders exceeding 300 USD. Orders below 300 USD will incur a nominal fee of 30 USD for shipping.

1.5. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

1.6. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@pochejewelry.com providing your name and order number, and we will assist you.

2. RETURNS

2.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that item has no damage and traces of use, including all original labels, tags and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2. Contact us at sales@pochejewelry.com to start a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

2.3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong one. We will evaluate the issue and contact you within 3 working days.

2.4. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your return and verify the quality, we will process your refund to the payment method used on the original order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any change in currency rates.

2.5. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were sent to our warehouse after the 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods differs from that in which you received them.

2.6. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2.7. Please note, when paying by a bank card, the refund period depends on the policy of the bank that issued the card.

2.8 Refunds are applicable only to regularly priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

2.9 We're unable to accept returns on items purchased from our stockists. Please contact them directly to process your return.
