Shipping & Return Policy
POCHE offers Free of Charge Delivery to any country, including payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments.
All UK shipments will be arranged locally from the UK warehouse.
All EU and other countries shipments will be arranged from the Barcelona wharehouse.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
We will deliver the goods ordered to the address provided for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that someone is there to sign for, and take delivery of the goods.
Dispatch times may vary according to availablitiy and any guarantees or respresentations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
If there is any reason that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or you have any complains, please contact us within the 14 days upon receiving your order by email email@example.com. We will consider and respond any complains immediately for a full refund or product exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In case of return, it is advisable to send the item by Recorded Delivery for your own records. Once item is received by POCHE we will e-mail you within 3 working days of receipt.
If item is unsuitable, delivery charges for return of the item will not be reimbursed. If item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your faulty return.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or replace any earrings or goods which have been removed from the packing, unless they are faulty.

Every piece of POCHE is covered by our two year warranty. Should your jewellery suffer a breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no cost to yourself if returned in under two years of receipt of the product.
To ensure your POCHE pieces stay bright and shiny for as long as possible, please follow rules decsribed in POCHE care card you receive with each of your order, keep them away from chemicals such as perfume and chlorine, and store them in a cool dry place in an individual POCHE vagan-leather bag to avoid your jewellery tangling or scratching each other.
